In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

By registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager on the plot888 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the plot888 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

3.1 Age Requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The plot888 Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines or in jurisdictions where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the plot888 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register only one Account with plot888. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited. plot888 may employ technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate registrations. All accounts in excess of one registered to the same individual may be closed, and any funds within them may be confiscated.

3.4 Account Registration. To register, you must provide a valid Philippine mobile number, a unique password, and any additional information requested by plot888 for verification purposes. You warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false registration information may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3.5 Identity Verification. plot888 may require documentary identity verification (e.g., a valid government-issued Philippine ID) before processing your first withdrawal or at any point where there is reasonable cause to verify your identity. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN (OTP). You must not share your login information with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 plot888 staff will never request your password, OTP, or full payment card details through any communication channel, including live chat, email, SMS, or social media. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to plot888 support immediately.

4.3 You agree to notify plot888 immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your Account. plot888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.5 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any third party to access or use your plot888 Account.

5.1 Deposits. plot888 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. plot888 does not accept cash, third-party deposits, or deposits from payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. plot888 targets processing of GCash withdrawals within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) Philippine banking business day.

5.3 Verification Requirement. plot888 reserves the right to require identity verification documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be held pending verification. Delays caused by incomplete documentation are the Player's responsibility.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day may apply and are published in the Platform's Account settings. plot888 reserves the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. plot888 is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Funds deposited with plot888 must originate from legitimate personal sources. plot888 may request source-of-funds documentation for significant deposits or withdrawal requests. Transactions suspected of involving money laundering will be reported to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

5.6 Inactive Account Balances. An Account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months shall be deemed inactive. plot888 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive account balances after this period, consistent with applicable regulations, until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.

6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional offers made available by plot888 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, published on the plot888 Platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to the relevant promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, all bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is clearly disclosed at the time of the offer.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. plot888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotion winnings, and to close Accounts, if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of system errors, use of irregular betting patterns to circumvent wagering requirements, or any behavior that plot888 determines in its reasonable discretion to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

6.4 Promotional Eligibility. Certain promotions may be available only to new Players, players in specific regions of the Philippines, or players who meet other eligibility criteria specified in the promotion terms. plot888 reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify Players who do not meet the stated criteria.

6.5 plot888 reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. No compensation will be payable to Players for the withdrawal of a promotion that was not yet claimed by the Player at the time of withdrawal.

7.1 All games available on the plot888 Platform are provided by internationally licensed third-party game suppliers, including JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, Habanero, Spadegaming, Big Time Gaming, and Play'n GO, among others. Each game operates according to that supplier's published rules and mechanics.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All slot games, table games, and other RNG-based games on plot888 operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology, verified by independent testing laboratories. plot888 does not modify or influence RNG outputs.

7.3 Return to Player (RTP). 7.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure during a game round, that round shall be void and any Real Money wagered in the void round will be returned to the Player's Account. plot888 shall have no further liability arising from such malfunction.

7.5 Live Casino. Live dealer games on plot888 are operated by certified live gaming studios. Results are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in real time and are final. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the plot888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds, and may result in referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access by persons under 21.
• Registering or maintaining more than one Account, or registering an Account in a name other than your own.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, games, or wagering systems.
• Colluding with other Players in multi-player games or live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions knowingly, whether for personal gain or to the detriment of other Players or plot888.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against deposits already used for wagering.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financing terrorism, or any other unlawful financial purpose.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward plot888 staff or other Players via any communication channel on the Platform.
• Misrepresenting your identity, location, or eligibility to use the Platform.
• Any conduct that plot888 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its Users.

9.1 All content on the plot888 Platform — including but not limited to the plot888 name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, game assets, promotional materials, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to plot888 and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

9.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the plot888 Platform without the prior written consent of plot888. Unauthorized use of plot888 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10.1 The plot888 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While plot888 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous service availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components at all times.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, plot888's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

10.3 plot888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings resulting from game malfunctions, service interruptions, or events beyond plot888's reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet service interruptions, or third-party system failures).

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11.1 plot888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended as a source of entertainment. plot888 recognizes that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our obligations in this regard seriously.

11.2 Age Verification and Minors. Access to plot888 is strictly limited to persons aged 21 and above. plot888 actively enforces this requirement and employs verification measures to detect and prevent underage gambling. 11.3 Available Tools. plot888 provides all registered Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools within their Account settings:

12.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your plot888 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining Real Money balance. Bonus balances that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12.2 plot888-Initiated Suspension or Closure. plot888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Failure to provide required identity verification documents;
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion.

12.3 Balance on Closure. Where an Account is closed by plot888 due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, plot888 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the Account balance. Where closure is initiated by plot888 for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified Real Money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13.1 plot888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via notification on the Platform, by email to the registered address, or by SMS to the registered mobile number, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where shorter notice is required by law or regulatory requirement.

13.2 Your continued use of the plot888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact us to close your Account.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the plot888 Platform, you agree to first contact plot888 through the official support channels to attempt to resolve the matter informally. plot888 will endeavor to respond to formal dispute submissions within fifteen (15) business days.

14.3 If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the initial dispute notification, either party may refer the matter to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.

14.4 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and plot888 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements relating to the subject matter.
